Promoter Searching Tool

Element identifies over-represented motifs in sets of promoters. To get started, specify your genome of interest along with the the locus ids you'd like to analyze. Element will take care of the rest and notify you when you're results are ready. Additionally, you can do a multivariate search across multiple genomes by adding additional genomes and specifying those loci.
